About us

The European Employers’ Institute is a not-for-profit association established in Brussels in 2024. The Institute aims at supporting its members to promote social dialogue and developing a business-friendly regulatory environment by collecting documentation, conducting research, and producing studies on strategically important issues in the world of work.

Governance

The Governance of the Institute is composed of:

  • The General Assembly: consists of all members and meets once a year to discuss and decide on general developments.
  • The Governing Board: prepares the annual budget and discusses the overall strategy with the
  • Executive Director. The Governing Board ensures the sectoral and geographic representation within the Institute. The Board is chaired by Delphine Rudelli for a mandate of 3 years (2024 – 2027).
  • The Executive Director is responsible for the institute’s strategy, ongoing work and the institute’s position and reports to the Governing Board.

Financing

The EEI is financed by its members but will also seek co-financing by the European Commission and any international public or private organisations (international organisations, public or private foundations…)
